Buying a Lot at Indian Acres Club of Thornburg (IACT)
Check out the deeded lots for sale at Indian Acres Club of Thornburg which is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Kings Dominion.
Amenities include:

The annual dues are due November 1st of each year and payment plans are available. The 2024 annual dues are $1,572.00 and is subject to change annually. Electric and use of the amenities are included in the annual dues. The water services to the lots are provided thru PO River Water and Sewer Company (540-582-2184) and is billed separately.
There is a membership profile/application and approval process that must be completed for each person listed on the real estate property deed (limit 6 names per deed). There is a fee of $25.00 per person (membership profile/application). Please allow up to 7 days for membership approval. Prospective property owners are strongly encouraged to complete this membership profile/application and approval process before making the real estate purchase transaction.
